This is an interchange I heard between two ladies entering the cafeteria at my work yesterday:

Lady A: Do you have any aspirin?

Lady B: All I have is aspirin aspirin. Do you want some of that?

Lady A: Yeah, that’s OK.

Think we live in a specialized society when aspirin is used as its own adjective?
