It’s quite common to see people hanging their hot chili peppers out to dry.  I took this photo outside of our apartment complex.  A lot of the food here is quite spicy!  We often ask waitresses at restaurants to cook dishes bu lad-tsa (i.e. not spicy) so that our girls will actually eat it.  I like the hot stuff though, for the most part.
