Tomorrow (early) I’m heading to Xiahe–a small village in the Gansu province.  I’m going with a friend of mine and a small group.  It’s about a 7 hour bus ride.  There is a famous Tibetan monastery there called Labrang.  The drive down through the mountains is supposed to be amazing!

I’ll be coming back on Sunday. I hope to meet this guy pictured below.  Cross your fingers.  (Oh yeah, you can pray for me, too…if you want.  More importantly pray for the three fine ladies I’m leaving here to hold down the fort…)
