This Tibetan guy hiked up the trail we were on in order to throw a million post it notes into the sky.  While chanting and screaming various mantras he would pull a bundle of these papers out of a plastic bag and throw them in the air.  He would repeat this process as he walked higher up the mountain.  The wind would catch the small papers with Tibetan "prayers" printed on them and blow them for miles around.  This is another way that TBs believe that they are gaining merit towards enlightenment (or the extinguishment of all desire).
