This guy is wearing a typical Tibetan coat. The sleeves are really long; and typically they will keep on arm out of the coat, even when it’s cold? The inside is usually lined with sheep or yak fur. The coats can be quite expensive depending on the quality. One time over the weekend I saw a Tibetan guy with one of these coats on. It was bulging in the middle. I thought it was just his arm tucked in there, but in fact, there was a child inside.  Works like a kangeroo pouch in a pinch.

I’ve gotta get one, one of these days.
