Hi, everyone.  Here’s a few pictures from the girls’ trip to Jianca.  Christa mostly took pictures of the mountains on the way to the city.  There are only a few photos of the actual town…so I’ll have to go there this summer and take some other shots of the scenery.  I’m told there are real forests there and rivers that are not brown.  It’s hard for my mind to comprehend.

Anna’s favorite activity for the weekend was playing in the dirt.

This was the picture of the lane leading up to our friend’s home.  We may end up living on a road like this someday!

Sarah and I really wanted to go until we found out there would not be any backpacking…
