Remember the post about saree’s navel? 

That infamous post (which was really a reference to an earlier post) continues to generate hits to my blog from (literally) all over the world.  Seriously.  It’s crazy!?!  I would guestimate that I get about 3-7 hits a day from people surfing the web in India alone (who are interested in how a saree/sari should be worn, i.e. above/below the navel).  What’s funny is that not only are these belly-button curious folks investigating the saree/navel phenomenon (translated mixup), but often they’re actually staying to read my blog a little bit.

And the queries aren’t just isolated to people in India either.  People in Singapore, Azerbaijan, Canada, Iran, Korea, Norway, and New York City…all are crying out for the answer to the saree/navel dilemma.  And that’s just a sampling of the countries I’ve seen visiting this yeti’s blog.  Sadly, I have no answer to this fashion quagmire…

I have only more questions.  But I get a lot of laughs seeing where the next navel-curious soul will spring up from next.  I keep waiting for Omaha, Nebraska to pop up, but that’s probably a long shot at best…
