We’re heading south again on Sunday. It seems like every time we turn around we are heading back to Thailand for a conference.
By the time we return to the States in June we will have been to Thailand five different times in 3 years! It’s pretty ridiculous, but what are you gonna do? The girls like it. I just hope we don’t have another great Flood type experience like we did the first time we went to Chiang Mai two years ago. To be honest I get a bit sick of all the customs forms that need to be filled out for these trips. But when I’m sipping on my latte or eating a juicy hamburger these little "nuisances" are quickly forgotten.
I am going to try and leave the computer behind this time around so the blog will be officially "closed" for a few weeks. Maybe after we return I will be a little more in the mood to blog.
As for an update on important matters: Sarah’s frog is still living (but barely). Christa recently found the black amphibian known as Rainbow-Butterfly-Jewel (Sarah-originated names tend to be long, hyphenated, hippie-feminine deals) in one of the girl’s doll houses. Here are some pictures. The little critter seems pretty content in this plastic, pink environment, don’t you think? Anything beats Sarah’s vice-like, kung fu grip I suppose.
