   Just returned from some time in Xining. What a great city and how about drinking tea by the river!
   Can you help???
   How and where can Chinese language (as a second language) be studied in xining?

   KL: You can study Chinese at one of the two universities in the city. Qinghai Shi Da or Qinghai Minzu XueYuen. I am not sure whether or not they are both accepting students currently or not. I have some friends who are trying to study at Shi Da but were told they could not. I’d wait until after the Olympics until I explored study options.
