Uh-oh!  Here we go again.  November is National Novel Writing Month.  The goal is to write a story of at least 50,000 words in one month. (This method of writing QUICK worked once for me in terms of getting a story written; we'll see if it works again.)

I'm already in the hole by 5,000 words because I started late, but maybe I can catch up since the girls are in school all day.  If anything it will push me to get this first draft out that I've been obsessing over all summer. 

Admitting it on the blog is a form of accountability, too.  Posts will be infrequent until December…
